Minneapolis-St. Paul. Spend the day exploring this magical winter wonderland at
your leisure. Santa recommends a visit to the nearby Mall of America!

Join your travel companions for breakfast before boarding your luxury John Hall’s Alaska motorcoach – and yes, there will be hot cocoa! Travel through the Midwest before reaching tonight’s accommodations in Champaign, IL.

A scrumptious lunch including homemade apple fritters tops off the visit. This evening, experience Christmas at Dolly Parton’s Stampede! After a leisurely breakfast, head west towards Nashville, known as Music City and “The Birthplace of Country Music”. After lunch, hop on a private trolley for a “Soul of Music City” tour. A talented guide shares original songs and stories of Nashville’s notable landmarks, including Music Row, and other Nashville hot spots. This evening, enjoy your favorite Christmas songs at the famous Opry House, as country music artists come together for the Opry Country Christmas show.

Begin the day with a backstage tour at the Ryman Auditorium – country music’s “Mother Church”. Later, board the General Jackson Showboat and enjoy a Christmas show over lunch on the Cumberland River. Enjoy stunning views of Nashville from aboard one of the largest showboats ever built. Afterwards, visit the Grand Ole Opry and walk in the footsteps of country music’s superstars! The evening is yours, perhaps taking in an optional show or enjoying a hand-crafted cocktail inside the resort overlooking indoor twin waterfalls.

After breakfast, explore “The Hermitage”, the historic mansion and home of the 7th US President Andrew Jackson. The afternoon is free for relaxing and exploring the Gaylord Opryland Resort with two included activities to enjoy. Float down the ¼ mile river that winds through the resort’s atrium on a riverboat. Experience ICE!, an incredible sculpture wonderland carved by expert artisans. End the day at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens to view the spectacular light show and decorated mansion.

Bid farewell to Music City this morning and begin the journey north, with a stop along the way at the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY. This quilter’s paradise is home to quilts from some of the best contemporary quilters from around the world. The ever-changing exhibitions celebrate both traditional and non-traditional quilt making methods. End the day’s journey in Champaign, IL for an overnight.

Continue the journey north to Minnesota. Guests may choose to depart the tour this afternoon and fly home from Chicago-Midway International Airport. Flights must depart after 12:00pm. Guests continuing on to Minnesota will overnight near the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport.

How To Reserve This Tour
A deposit of $1,000.00 USD per person is required within ten days of booking your reservation. Deposits are refundable up until 90 days prior to departure. If canceled, deposits paid by credit card forfeit 4%.
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and personal checks are acceptable forms of deposit payment. To confirm your space by credit card, please contact our office: 800.325.2270. Specialists are available for tour bookings 7:30am-5:30pm M-F and 8am-4pm on Saturday.
Arranging Your Flights
Arrival and departure airfare is not included. Flights should be booked to arrive anytime on Day 1 and fly home at any time of day
on Day 11 from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. Guests may alternatively opt to join the tour via the Chicago Midway International Airport on Day 2 and depart on Day 10. If joining the tour on Day 2, flights must arrive no later than 3:00pm. Guests departing from Chicago Midway on Day 10 must have flights departing after 12:00pm.
